 Mike has over 10 years’ experience in the field. He has worked with a wide range of clients including professional athletes and celebrities. Mike studied BSc Hons in sports coaching and has professional sporting accolades including Ireland u19s & Ulster A rugby. He also represented ulster athletics team at schools’ level.

Combing his knowledge with a fun dynamic gym space Mike can help ensure you are getting the best. He specialises in weight loss and Sport specific training& Injury rehab.

Has a proved track record with helping clients achieve their goals. Specializing in weight loss, injury rehab & Power lifting. Darren has the tools to help you get where you want to be. Darren has various qualifications in both Personal training & nutrition.
