We offer a wide range of classes from Yoga to spin, Pilates to punch and many more. Once the class starts you sprint faster, lift heavier & stretch yourself to new limits. Guided by some of the best and most qualified instructors in Belfast, we can ensure both fun and challenging sessions. All our workouts are designed to achieve maximum results based on a scientific approach. Some have burned as much as 1000 calories in 1 workout!

Do I need to bring any of my own equipment?
We provide all the equipment you'd ever need, however if you prefer your own matt or Spin shoe that’s cool too!

Are there changing facilities and toilets in Exsto?
Yes, there are toilets & changing facilities on site.

What if I don't want to commit to a full membership, can I pay as I go?
Yes can do Pay As You Go gym classes to see if Exsto is for you, and when you absolutely love it, we do have membership options available! You can save money by checking out all our membership options here.

I have to cancel a class, how much notice do I need to give?
There is a 12-hour cancellation policy due to the smaller nature of our classes we need as much notice as possible to allow people on waitlist a chance to get in.

How long are membership contracts?
Membership can be from a minimum 3 month contract, to as long as you need. From the 3 month mark, feel free to cancel anytime! However if you don't cancel, we will assume you just enjoy our company and your membership continue to roll on until otherwise stated.
