My journey started as a professional rugby player, which taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of teamwork.
When injury ended that chapter, I became a personal trainer, building a business from the gym floor up — learning every lesson the hard way.
That experience eventually led me to open Exsto Gym and launch Exsto Apparel, both built around a single idea: that fitness can change lives when it’s done with purpose.

Now, with the Exsto Personal Training Academy, I feel a noble obligation to give back to the fitness world that gave me everything.
